Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing background checks and onboarding. This role demands a deep understanding of Non -IT roles Which will be into Marketing, Sales, infra and much more. strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define key selection criteria.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and ensure alignment with hiring needs.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical IT and Non-IT roles.
Screening and Assessment:
- Conduct preliminary screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical and panel interviews.
Background Checks and Compliance:
- Manage and coordinate pre-employment background checks, including reference verification, education validation, and criminal record checks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws during the recruitment process.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate feedback and updates promptly to candidates.
Onboarding Support:
- Work with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
